The gidgetTM sits in the the top right hand corner of your homepage, the main top level tabbed menu pages and in the centre of all Member cards.

The gidgetTM graphically shows how complete your profile information is compared to other members and also shows how many other members you're connected with.

Before you can connect with another member you have to have some influences in your profile.
