BAD was formed in 1984 after Mick Jones was sacked by the Clash. He teamed up with Don Letts to establish this very fresh sound which rocked London (& the UK) in late 80's.
The album charted at No.27 in the UK with 3 of the 9 tracks charting - E=MC2 reaching the dizzy heights of No.11. The music video for E=MC2 featured clips from movies made by Nicolas Roeg. Throughout the song are samples taken from the 1971 film 'Performance' with one of the great lines -
'The man's dead, and who's left holding the sodding baby?'
