Dar: Instead of the darkly polished dance-pop stylings of earlier albums Soul Mining and Infected, Mind Bomb opens up the music to reveal a slow, winding textured world of sound, thanks in no small means to ex-Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr. Lyrical subjects include politics, religion, and romance.

Dar: The more I listened to The The the more I realised that perhaps many of the worlds problems are caused by the last great superpower - America. Don't get me wrong America is a beautiful country - the problem lies with its people.
A large percentage don't appreciate or are not aware of any other nations of the world. The small percentage who are in power fall into the first catagory which has proven to be disasterous when we look at the USA foreign policy.
It is very dangerous to give the biggest kid in the play ground all the weapons, an attitude to use them at will and then deprive that child of any common sense or intelligence!
Trust me they have not let us down yet to date........
